The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

WOODEN offers selected oriental fragrance products, perfumes, bukhoor, and oud-inspired products.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax, where applicable.

Additional shipping costs may apply. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Europe.

Shipping is handled by DHL.

Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are €6.

Free shipping is offered for orders over €100.

Please note that in exceptional cases, delays may occur, for example due to public holidays, high order volumes, or the shipping service provider.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

10. Returns and hygiene information

Unopened and unused products may be returned within the applicable period.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned.

This applies in particular to perfumes, Bukhoor, and fragrance products if the packaging has been opened or the product has already been used.

11. Transport Damage

Should you receive your order damaged, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Please send us your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging so that we can investigate your claim.
