We want you to be happy with your order from WOODEN. If you have any questions about a return, please contact us first by email.

Return Period

You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please contact us by email before returning an item so that we can inform you of the next steps.

Hygiene Notice

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned.

This applies in particular to perfumes, Bukhoor, and fragrance products if the packaging has been opened or the product has already been used.

Prerequisites for a Return

A return is only possible if:

the product is unopened
the product is unused
the product is returned complete and in its original packaging
the return is made within the return period

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipment, unless there is an error on our part.

Please keep your shipping receipt until your return has been received and checked by us.

Damaged or incorrect items

Should you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Please send us your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and its packaging so that we can quickly review your request.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
